    Quality Guarantee

    • You have 30 calendar days to address issues with your order from the date you received it.
    • Issues include: incorrect information, parts missing, quality issues, etc.
    • An invoice number and photos are required to address and issues.
    • Once the issue is raised, Calgary Stamp will advise the best way to resolve the issue. Examples: Remake the order, Return the parts & rework them.

    Returns

    • Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of the products we offer, returns on custom products are not available. Examples: Custom stamps, laser etched tags, custom valve tags, name badges, name plates, lamacoids, stencils, etc.
    • Returns on stock items are available. Examples: Stock brass valve tags, blank stock size tags, brass stencil sets, stamp pads, refill ink.
    • You have 30 calendar days to return your item from the date you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
      Your item must be in the original packaging.
      Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    Shipping

    • Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
